The Casale dei Cedrati is inextricably linked to the history of Villa Pamphilj and its ancient agricultural vocation. Located near the Roman Trajan-Paul Aqueduct, along the ancient Via Aurelia, it was originally a service building, stables, and storage facility for the Cedrati Garden of the Pamphili nobles.

Thanks to a public tender promoted by the Capitoline Superintendency and won by the Casale dei Cedrati consortium, the project to restore and enhance the ancient Casale was launched with an innovative proposal for the cultural and environmental regeneration of the spaces.
