A project born to tell the city with lightness
Cultura a Peso is a project launched in 2015 by the Itinera Cooperative, with the aim of enhancing and promoting local culture through creativity and tourism.
The Mercato delle Vettovaglie, or Covered Market of Livorno, is one of the city's iconic landmarks. A late 19th-century building, it combines historic architecture with everyday life: its iron and glass structure, inspired by the great European markets, tells a story of Livorno's urban history and mercantile tradition .
